Griffin Pest Solutions named Jeff Spencer as CEO of the company and Pam Blauvelt as president.
Spencer has 26 years of industry experience at Griffin, and Blauvelt has been with the company more than 28 years.
“This is an exciting new chapter in Griffin history,” says Spencer in a press release. “But our core values remain unchanged. Our customers can continue to count on our people and the sterling service they deliver. We’re also looking at expansion into new states and territories. That’s an option as we continue to grow. We love servicing the Midwest. That’s our service target. Usually commercial companies will dictate where we go next. When they need us, we’ll be there.”
Griffin Pest Solutions is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year serving the residents, restaurants and companies of Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. With more than 100 employees, Griffin is a third-generation family-owned business in Michigan with headquarters in Kalamazoo and training facilities in Lansing.
“Our vision is to be the easiest company to deal with,” adds Blauvelt. “We always want to be one of the easiest service companies you will ever deal with – the company that does the best job for you and offers the best value.”
The company is QualityPro and Green-Pro certified. Employee trainings include education, inspection, identification, sanitation, exclusion, communication, biological and mechanical means of control, and as appropriate, specific pesticide application.
Founded in 1929, Griffin Pest Solutions offers residential and commercial pest control services. Commercial markets served include food processing, government and municipality, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, multi-housing, property management, restaurants, and schools and daycares.
