Rockwell Labs welcomes Valerie Rosas as the newest member of the Rockwell sales team, to lead sales in Rockwell’s Western Region states (Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California and Hawaii).

Rosas, a Virginia native, comes to Rockwell after spending three years as sales and training coordinator for a smaller West Coast manufacturer of a termiticide product. She brings with her a diverse background in sales, education, digital marketing, team-building, problem solving, solution development, relationship management, training and customer support. Rosas is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has worked extensively with pest management professional (PMPs) and distributors alike.

“We are delighted to have Valerie on board,” says Rockwell founder and CEO, and PMP Hall of Famer (Class of 2018), Dr. Cisse Spragins, in a press release. “In her previous position, she helped develop training materials and trained PMPs and distributors effectively in the use of a specialized restricted-use product. That experience and her highly service-oriented approach are well aligned with Rockwell’s solutions-based offerings.”

“We are looking forward to having Valerie as a team member moving forward,” says James Osuch, Rockwell’s VP of sales, in a press release. “She works really well with PMPs and distributors alike and is able to communicate well in both English and Spanish, which helped her success in the past. Her skillset will be an asset for her new position with Rockwell.”

Rosas is a proponent of integrated pest management (IPM) and takes pride in educating and promoting its best practices and principles, acknowledging that the pest control industry is “headed in that direction.” She looks forward to working on the Rockwell Labs team in its efforts to promote, educate and develop IPM solutions for the pest control industry.
