Coalmarch adds featured speaker for conference

Sharon Roebuck, COO of Eastside Exterminators

Sharon Roebuck will be a featured speaker in Coalmarch’s session track at the Beyond Service User Conference.

Roebuck is the COO of Eastside Exterminators in Woodinville, Wash. Founded in 1969, Eastside Exterminators offers services in pest control, insulation installation, rodent control and more.

She enjoys being a leader at a company that focuses so much on being family-focused, passionate, committed to doing the right thing, according to a news release.

Roebuck will discuss how to maintain a strong work culture. The session will help attendees gain insight into how to maintain a strong company culture as your business grows and how to instill your values throughout your entire company.

Coalmarch will be part of the inaugural WorkWave Beyond Service Users Conference, which will take place Jan. 9-12, 2022, at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Florida.

Legendary NFL quarterback Joe Theismann will deliver the keynote presentation for the event.
