PestCo Holdings acquires Reliable Pest Solutions

PestCo Holdings, a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company, acquired Reliable Pest Solutions.

Formed by John R. Scholes in 1938, Reliable Pest Solutions is a fourth-generation business that has become a premier pest control provider to commercial and residential clients throughout the tri-state area of Missouri, Illinois and Iowa. During the current leadership of owner Mike Scholes, Reliable Pest Solutions has grown to a staff of over 30 full-time employees with multiple office locations. Reliable Pest Solutions now joins PestCo’s Midwest operations alongside Pointe Pest Control, Bel-O Pest Solutions, and Mick’s Exterminating.

Mike Scholes, owner of Reliable Pest Solutions, said, “We cannot say enough great things about our experience working with The Aust Group. We knew from the start that they cared about our interests, and we had full confidence in their abilities.”

The Aust Group represented Reliable Pest Solutions as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on Dec. 1 and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
