Truly Nolen promotes managers in Florida, Arizona

Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of David Batista to area manager for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties in Florida.

He will remain based at the company’s Central Miami Service office.

Batista joined Truly Nolen in 2015 and has been a manager for the company at two of its Miami-Dade service offices. Prior to joining the company, he spent 10 years working as a service manager and branch manager for another company in the pest control industry. In addition, he has degrees in cardiovascular science from Ward Stone College and management and supervision from Miami-Dade College.

Some of Batista’s new responsibilities will include district authority overseeing the company’s service offices in Key Largo, South Miami, Central Miami, North Miami and Miami Beach, Fla.

Truly Nolen Pest Control also announced the promotion of Ronda Candelario to business manager in Phoenix, Ariz. When not in the field, her office will be based out of the company’s Tempe, Ariz., service office.

Candelario joined Truly Nolen in 2005 as an administrative assistant in Tempe and has served as a trainer over the last 15 years for multiple positions throughout Arizona. Prior to joining the company, she worked for Babies R Us as an human resources representative and shift manager and spent 10 years in the retail industry.
