Modern Pest Services acquires EcoChoice Termite and Pest Control

Modern Pest Services and EcoChoiceModern Pest Services announced the acquisition of EcoChoice Termite and Pest Control in Manchester, Conn.

Since 2010, EcoChoice Termite and Pest Control has been a family-owned and -operated pest control company that offered residential and commercial services in Manchester and the surrounding area. With over 60 years of combined experience, the company’s technicians deliver the best possible service, according to the news release.

“Our mission was simple, provide excellent service, be friendly to our clients, and have highly trained technicians,” Emilio Polce, owner of EcoChoice Termite and Pest Control, said in the news release. “As I looked at the future of the business, I felt aligning with a company like Modern was an excellent opportunity for both my employees and clients to benefit from.”

David Lock, president of Modern Pest Services, added, “We are thrilled to announce the acquisition and integration of EcoChoice Termite and Pest Control, a highly reputable Connecticut area pest control company, into our team. This acquisition further strengthens our position as New England’s largest pest control provider and allows us to better serve our valued clients. This is Modern Pest Services’ 13th acquisition in New England since joining Anticimex in 2017.

The Aust Group represented EcoChoice Termite and Pest Control as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
