Debug Pest Control recently promoted three team members to the role of field supervisors.

David Ashburn, Dylan Gendreau and Jose Rodrigo have “demonstrated their exceptional commitment, competence, and dedication to the company’s growth, making them the perfect selections,” according to the news release.

In their new positions, the trio will be responsible for managing their own team of regional technicians and ensuring customer service and satisfaction.

“We are excited to offer these three a new opportunity,” Bill Horgan, president and owner of Debug Pest Control, said in the news release. “They all have extensive experience as technicians and scored great feedback from customers. We are confident that they will help us continue to provide top-level service to the regions they manage.”

The newly created positions will report to Tim Horgan, who is service manager.

“We picked the three right people for the job,” Horgan said. “They have been outstanding at what they do and expressed great interest to grow with Debug and learn new leadership skills. We always like to reward great workers.”
