Adam’s Pest Control acquires Midwest Pest Management

Adam's Pest ControlMedina, Minn.-based Adam’s Pest Control recently acquired Midwest Pest Management, based in Brooklyn Park, Minn.

“We chose Adam’s because of their commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s the perfect home for both our customers and our technicians,” Jon Hagel, owner of Midwest Pest Management, said in the news release.

“Jon was a long-time friendly competitor of my father, and it’s been an honor to continue that relationship,” said Todd Leyse, president of Adam’s Pest Control. “We strive for a win-win-win in all our acquisitions — a win for the seller, a win for the buyer, and importantly, a win for the seller’s employees who will have increased access to benefits, training, and more upward mobility. Jon is looking forward to a well-deserved retirement, and we are excited to expand our market share in the Twin Cities.”

Midwest Pest Management is a locally owned-and-operated pest control company that was founded in 2003. The company offers pest control services for spiders, rodents, ants and more in Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Sherburne, Wright and Washington counties in Minnesota.
