NCPMA hosts awards, 74th Pest Control Technician’s School

The North Carolina Pest Management Association (NCPMA) announced the winners of its 2023 awards.

The winners were announced at the opening session of the 2024 NCPMA Pest Control Technician’s School on Jan. 23, 2024.

The award winners included:

  • NCPMA Above and Beyond Impact Player of the Year Award: Kyle Franklin, BASF
  • Lifetime Members: David Dillingham, May Exterminating
  • Technician of the Year, P-Phase: Jimmy Harger, Terminix Triad
  • Technician of the Year, W-Phase: Edward Drake, Gibson Pest Control
  • Administrative Professional of the Year: Connie Harger, Terminix Triad

Another highlight from the week-long event, which attracted more than 1,000 attendees, included a keynote address by PMP “ABCs of Growth” columnist Dennis Jenkins, ABC Home and Commercial Services

“The PCT School is not only a conference where pest professionals gain valuable training techniques, but it’s a tradition for the pest management industry in North Carolina and a chance for us to unite people from across the state under one roof for unparalleled training opportunities,” Dylan Morrison, NCPMA president, said in a news release.
