“This change marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our organization,” the organization, based in Sacramento, Calif., said in a news release. “The decision to evolve into CAPMA was not made lightly. This rebranding aligns with our mission to embrace all pest management professionals and to better represent our industry. Our new name reflects our commitment to developing a vision for a more inclusive, forward-thinking association.”

“For over 80 years, PCOC has been a cornerstone in the pest management industry, advocating for best practices, providing education, and supporting pest control professionals across California. As CAPMA, we will continue to uphold these values while expanding our reach and impact. Our aim is to represent not just pest control operators but all professionals involved in pest management, ensuring that our industry advances with the changing landscape. The rebranding effort will include a new logo, updated website, and refreshed communication materials, all designed to better serve our members and the wider community. We believe that this transformation will strengthen our association and enhance our ability to support our members with the resources, advocacy, and education they need to succeed. We invite all pest management professionals and stakeholders to join us in celebrating this exciting new era for our association.”

The rebranding includes a new website and a new logo as depicted above.
