Photo Finish: Arrow Exterminators 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Kickoff Leadership Summit

Arrow Exterminators held its annual 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Kickoff Leadership Summit Aug. 6 and 7 at The Loews Hotel in Atlanta. For the past several years, the event has had a fun theme —and this year it was Harry Potter.

The Atlanta, Ga.-based company invited 540 team members and partners to celebrate the company’s achievements over the past year. 2024 has been a milestone year for the company, which is marking 60 years in the pest control industry.

: Third-generation CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick welcomed employees, partners and sponsors to the Fiscal Year Kickoff Leadership Summit. : The Arrow Achievement Awards were held offsite, at the Coca-Cola Roxy concert venue located across from Atlanta Braves’ ballpark, Truist Park. The company recognized 70 award winners, including Joe Thomas, chairman and Pest Management Professional Hall of Famer (Class of 2009), who received the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award. : The guest speaker on both days was Kim Bearden, an author, educator, and co-founder and executive director of the Ron Clark Academy, a non-profit middle school in Atlanta, Ga. Her energetic and inspiring presentation focused on the six principles of effective communication from her book, Talk to Me.
