Arrow Exterminators held its annual 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Kickoff Leadership Summit Aug. 6 and 7 at The Loews Hotel in Atlanta. For the past several years, the event has had a fun theme —and this year it was Harry Potter.
The Atlanta, Ga.-based company invited 540 team members and partners to celebrate the company’s achievements over the past year. 2024 has been a milestone year for the company, which is marking 60 years in the pest control industry.

The guest speaker on both days was Kim Bearden, an author, educator, and co-founder and executive director of the Ron Clark Academy, a non-profit middle school in Atlanta, Ga. Her energetic and inspiring presentation focused on the six principles of effective communication from her book, Talk to Me.
