Insects Limited makes leadership changes to help strengthen future growth

Insects Limited, an insect pheromone company based in Westfield, Ind., recently made three key changes within its leadership team. According to the company, the changes were made to “help further drive its mission of protecting food and cherished belongings worldwide and reflect its commitment to innovation, operational excellence and strategic growth.”

Pat Kelley, BCE, has been appointed as managing director of The Center for Stored Product Protection, which Insects Limited opened in 2023. Kelley will focus on advancing research and educational initiatives in stored product pest management. He brings with him 39 years of entomological expertise and a dedication to enhancing the knowledge base in this essential area.

Tom Mueller has assumed the role of chief executive officer. As a second-generation pest management professional, Mueller will guide Insects Limited’s strategic vision and spearhead business growth initiatives.

Micah Page has joined Insects Limited as chief operating officer. Page’s operational expertise will drive key projects that enhance the company’s efficiency and product innovation, reinforcing its long-standing dedication to quality and customer success. Page will also play a central role in optimizing the internal processes that support Insects Limited’s product development and service excellence.
