Plunkett’s Pest Control, Inc. acquires Insect Control Specialists

Plunkett’s Pest Control, Inc. has acquired Insect Control Specialists (ICS), a family-owned business based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The partnership strengthens Plunkett’s presence in the region while honoring a legacy built on integrity, service and community trust.

Former owner of ICS, Leslie Parker, said in a press release, “After so many wonderful years in this business, it was important to me that the next chapter for ICS was the right one. I chose Plunkett’s because they share the same values that have always guided ICS—respect for employees and respect for customers. Being a family business themselves, they understand that our customers are more than clients; they’re like family.”
