The multi-day celebration kicked off Wednesday evening with exclusive dinners for qualifying management team members and the President’s Club, an elite tier within the Premier Club reserved for those who exceeded the most ambitious performance targets. Throughout the week, attendees explored Boston’s historic attractions, with activities ranging from whale watching and sightseeing to golf outings and a Red Sox game at the iconic Fenway Park.
The event concluded Friday evening with an awards reception and banquet at the historic SoWa Power Station, where individual award recipients were recognized for their contributions to Arrow’s record-breaking year.
