Tyro Group has announced the acquisition of Houston, Tex.-based EnviroSMART Multifamily Pest Solutions, a leading provider of environmental and pest control services. This marks a major milestone for Tyro Group as its first acquisition outside of Europe, signalling the company’s expansion into the U.S. market and reinforcing its commitment to building a group of carefully selected, high-performing, customer-focused pest control businesses.
Founded in 2009, EnviroSMART has earned a strong reputation for its dedication to delivering exceptional service to multifamily property customers across Texas.
