Northwest Exterminating, a Rollins Inc. brand, acquired Golden Circle Exterminators, a family-owned pest control company serving West Tennessee and North Mississippi since 1974.

The partnership marks Northwest’s expansion into its seventh service state. While the milestone expands the company’s footprint across the Southeast, leaders from both organizations say the decision was driven by a shared commitment to people, culture and delivering extraordinary customer experiences.

As part of the partnership, Golden Circle Exterminators will continue operating under its trusted brand name while gaining access to the resources and support within the Northwest Family of Brands.

Choosing a partner that shared Golden Circle Exterminators’ values was a critical factor for second-generation family leader Marty Dyer. For over 50 years, the Golden Circle Exterminators team has built a strong reputation for customer service, deep community involvement and a commitment to taking care of people the right way.

“It has been an honor to carry forward the business my parents started and serve this community alongside such an incredible team,” Dyer said in a news release. “As I looked toward retirement, finding the right partner was about finding a company that would invest in the people who have made Golden Circle what it is today. Through my relationship with Northwest, I’ve seen firsthand their commitment to caring for teammates, customers and communities. That gave me confidence that our team will have new opportunities to grow while continuing to provide the extraordinary service our customers have come to expect. I’m excited to see all that Golden Circle accomplishes as part of the Northwest family.”

The Potomac Company represented Dyer in the acquisition.

“Getting to know Marty Dyer and the Golden Circle team, it felt like talking to members of our own team,” Stephen Phillips, co-president of Northwest Exterminating, said in the release. “The opportunity to grow with people who care so deeply about their teammates, customers and communities is something we’ll always be grateful for. We’re excited to welcome such an outstanding team into the Northwest Family and continue building on the strong foundation they’ve already created.”

The addition of Golden Circle Exterminators brings 35 teammates into the Northwest Family of Brands, who will continue to serve customers and do business operations as usual.

“Golden Circle has earned an incredible reputation because of the people behind the business,” James Nelson, regional manager for Northwest Exterminating, said in the news release. “Our focus is to support the team, invest in their continued success, and ensure customers continue receiving the service standard they’ve come to expect. We’re excited to welcome these teammates into our Northwest family.”
