Truly Nolen recently announced the promotion of Matt Nelson to area manager of the Western commercial division and Danny Correia to operations manager of its Tucson commercial service office.
Matt Nelson

Nelson joined Truly Nolen in January 2014 as the company’s Tucson Commercial Operations Manager, and during his 12 year pest control career, he has been a mentoring manager for a decade and has trained more than 60 of the company’s operations managers. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he spent 20 years in retail management with Fry’s Grocery, Best Buy and OfficeMax and also coached USA Swimming and High School swim teams for almost a decade.
Some of Nelson’s new responsibilities will include district authority overseeing the Western Commercial service offices along with Eliminex, an independent division of Truly Nolen that specializes in residential apartment pest control services in Phoenix.
“The thing I am most excited about when it comes to this new role is that I am looking forward to the new challenge and learning more about our company from a different perspective,” said Nelson in a news release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is that I take a lot of pride in creating an environment where people can achieve their goals and accomplish things they did not think was possible.
“Matt’s impact with our company goes far beyond results; he has dedicated himself to mentoring others, building future leaders and creating a culture of excellence across our teams,” added Verne Keller, commercial division manager, Truly Nolen. “We look forward to his continued growth, leadership and development as he steps into this exciting new role.”
Danny Correia

Correia joined Truly Nolen in March 2025 as part of the company’s Manager-In-Training program. Before joining the company, he spent 20 years in the restaurant industry as a General Manager, Area Manager and chef, including time as General Manager of Corbett’s and HUB in Tucson, and as a Food Safety Inspector for the National Sanitation Foundation. Correia graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from The Art Institute of Phoenix.
Some of Correia’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Tucson commercial community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am most excited about growing our commercial service office in Tucson to new heights,” said Correia in a news release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the people because everyone is here for each other and we all care about our success as a whole.”
“Danny excelled in our MIT program throughout 2025 where he demonstrated the leadership, drive and commitment that make him a great fit for this next step in his career,” said Matt Nelson, Western commercial area manager, Truly Nolen. “We look forward to the positive impact he brings to his new position and I am glad he is a member of our team.”
