Drum roll, please

WorkWave CEO Kevin Kemmerer announced the arrival of dynamic, prescriptive dashboards for its core software solutions. Building on the trademarked Wavelytics platform, new Decision Intelligence goes beyond traditional reporting to form a strategic navigation system that is purposebuilt, industry-specific and context-aware. From employee performance scorecards to proactive alerts, this innovation is designed to help companies gather and analyze usable data to keep growing.

Lead with kindness

This year’s keynote speaker was Shawn Kanungo, a globally recognized innovation strategist and bestselling author. He encouraged attendees to embrace new trends like artificial intelligence, but only after doing their homework on how best to use it for their companies. Whatever their steps, he advised staying reliable, consistent and caring, for both customers and employees. In his own words, “the greatest strategy in the world is to deeply care.”

Sweethearts of the rodeo

Attendees enjoyed a night out at the Texas rodeo, complete with event-inspired attire, line dancing, a mechanical bull and plenty of authentic barbecue.
