Modern Exterminating announced it has opened a new office in Spartanburg, S.C., marking an exciting step in the company’s continued growth and commitment to serving communities across the region. Leading the new location is industry professional Tyler Ragsdale, who joins Modern as branch manager.
A Spartanburg resident, Ragsdale brings six years of experience in the pest control industry, with a strong background in large commercial operations and fumigation services. Throughout his career, he has gained hands-on expertise across multiple facets of the business, making him well-equipped to lead the Spartanburg team and deliver exceptional service.

Tyler, 31, is a proud husband and father of two. Known for his positive energy and team-first attitude, he is excited to begin this new chapter with Modern.
