PestCo Holdings acquires University Termite and Pest Control

Based in Tucson, Arizona, University Termite and Pest Control has a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality pest management solutions to both commercial and residential customers. The acquisition of University enhances PestCo’s capabilities in Arizona, a prominent and expanding market for pest control services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
