The Aust Group announced the acquisition of its Pensacola, Fla.-based client, Anchor Pest Control, by HomeTeam Pest Defense, a Rollins Inc. subsidiary.
“For more than 10 years, we discussed the possibility of selling Anchor Pest Control, a business that had been part of our family’s life for over 50 years. This was not simply a financial decision — it involved our employees, customers, reputation and family legacy. Because of that, selecting the right advisor was critically important. The Aust Group represented Anchor Pest Control as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on April 13, 2026; terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The Law Offices of Mark H. Ruff, P.A. represented Anchor Pest Control as legal counsel.
