Massey Services, an Orlando, Fla.-based leader in pest management and landscape care, promoted of B.J. Beard to director of tax and capital assets.
During his more than 30-year tenure with Massey Services, Beard has held a variety of roles across multiple departments, helping to deepen his understanding of operational systems. In his previous position as accounting manager, he played a key role in acquisitions and budgeting.
In his new position, Beard assumes expanded responsibilities, including the oversight of company assets and initiating the preparation of tax-related data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with the company’s overall financial strategy.

He continuously demonstrates his financial expertise and meticulous attention to detail that is critical for us as our company continues to grow and expand into new areas,” Marci Baugh, VP of finance and accounting, said in a news release.
With his institutional knowledge and financial expertise, Beard is well positioned to support Massey Services’ continued growth. He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting.
