Cetane Associates, a Houston, Texas-based financial advisory and transaction firm providing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expertise to the home services industries, confirms the acquisition of its client, Viper Pest Services, to The Pest Rangers. Cetane team members Bob Williamson, Barrett Conway and Danny O’Laughlin managed the transaction.
Based in Allentown, Pa., Viper Pest was founded in 2016 by Ryan Lingold to serve the Lehigh Valley. In a news release, he noted that he is “confident that The Pest Rangers will take great care of our customers and employees, and I look forward to continuing to work with the team to ensure a smooth transition.”
The Pest Rangers is based in Wilkes Barre, Pa., about 65 miles northwest of Viper Pest. Jeff King, president of The Pest Rangers, remarked, “Ryan has built valuable relationships with his customers and employees over the years, and we appreciate the trust he has placed in The Pest Rangers to carry those relationships forward. Our goal with every acquisition is to make the transition as seamless as possible for the customers and the people who helped build the business.”
