San Francisco, Calif.-based private equity firm Golden Gate Capital has recapitalized All U Need Pest Control, a residential pest control company based in Fort Myers, Fla. While terms of the deal were not disclosed, LR Tullius and The Aust Group served jointly as exclusive financial advisers to All U Need, and MHR Law served as its legal adviser. Holland & Knight served as legal adviser to Golden Gate Capital.
Per a news release, Founder and Executive Chairman Steve Groeper and CEO Kyle Selbach will continue to lead All U Need. They will also remain shareholders, along with the rest of the senior leadership team.
