Warm weather causes an influx of insects, so spiders will be out in force this time of year, hoping to catch an insect meal. Spiders are generally beneficial; however, your customers don’t care about that when they come home and walk into a new spider web.
Bright lights attract many insects, and thus make a great feeding spot for spiders. Replace lighting with insect lights. Put outside lights on a timer to reduce insects. Your service will still be important, but you will have fewer callbacks. Last but not least, don’t forget to remove the old webs.
