Pelsis names new VP of sales for Americas

Pelsis North America, a manufacturer of pest control equipment and solutions, announced the appointment of Aric Schroeder as the new vice president of sales for its Americas region, effective January 12, 2026.

Schroeder’s background across both the manufacturing and service sides of the Pest Management Industry gives him a practical understanding of the challenges PMPs face every day. In his new role, he will help ensure Pelsis continues to deliver reliable, practical tools that meet the real-world needs of PMPs across the Americas.

“Aric isn’t just a sales leader; he is a seasoned veteran who understands the nuances of the pest control landscape,” said Dino Koutrouki, Pelsis CEO, in a news release. “His extensive background at the service and manufacturing levels ensures that Pelsis remains deeply connected to the needs of the professionals who use our products.”

Aric will be supported by Pelsis’ Global VP of Sales, Jean-Francois Bouveyron, bringing the benefits of Pelsis’ global approach and extensive product portfolio to customers in the Americas.

Before joining Pelsis, Schroeder built a distinguished career in senior roles at Terminix, Copesan Services and Douglas Products. Schroeder holds a bachelor of science in business and a master of business administration from the University of Minnesota.
