Rockwell Labs, a manufacturer of innovative and eco-conscious solutions for the professional pest management industry, today announced that Jordyn Andersen has joined the company as director of marketing and customer service.
In this role, Andersen will lead Rockwell Labs’ marketing strategy and customer service operations, aligning brands, communication and customer experience initiatives to support continued growth and strengthen relationships with distribution partners and pest management professionals.
Andersen brings 15 years of experience across marketing, branding, and design. Her background spans strategic marketing leadership, creative direction and cross-functional collaboration — helping organizations translate complex technical and business objectives into clear, effective marketing programs.
Prior to joining Rockwell Labs, Andersen was employed by an industrial electrical products company, where she supported branding and marketing initiatives for a global manufacturing organization. She also spent over a decade as a freelance designer and consultant working with clients ranging from local businesses to national campaigns. Earlier in her career, she held a production design management role for a consumer products company overseeing high-volume creative operations and team leadership.

Andersen recently completed a master of science in marketing analytics and holds a bachelor of science in marketing management, both from Western Governors University.
