The Aust Group aids in acquisition of Connecticut client

The Aust Group announced the acquisition of its client, Envirocare Pest Control LLC (“Envirocare”) by Modern Pest Services, an Anticimex Company.

Envirocare Pest Control LLC was represented by The Aust Group as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on Oct. 5, 2025 and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
