The Pest Rangers acquired the recurring pest control customer accounts of Carney All Seasons Pest Control. The deal will expand The Pest Rangers’ presence in Pennsylvania’s Bucks and Montgomery counties.
The Pest Rangers will assume responsibility for servicing the acquired recurring pest control accounts and will work with Carney All Seasons to provide customers with a smooth transition.
“This is a great opportunity for us to continue growing in a market that fits naturally with our existing operations,” said The Pest Rangers Owner Jeffrey King. “More importantly, we have the opportunity to welcome a group of established customers and provide them with the same level of service and care that has driven our growth over the years.”
King said the transaction reflects The Pest Rangers’ continued interest in acquisitions that complement the company’s existing service footprint.
“We continue to look for opportunities where we can create a good outcome for the selling company, its customers, employees, and our team,” he added. “Smaller customer-book and route acquisitions can be an excellent way for independent pest management companies to transition accounts while ensuring their customers continue to be taken care of.”
The transaction involves the recurring pest control customer accounts and related customer records of Carney All Seasons. Carney All Seasons’ name, website, phone numbers and other home-service operations were not included in the acquisition.
