Truly Nolen Pest Control promoted Manny Hernandez to operations manager of its Broward and Palm Beach County commercial service office in Pompano Beach, Fla. His territory includes Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Stuart, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood.
Hernandez joined Truly Nolen in April 2026 as a manager-in-training in the company’s commercial division.
Before joining the company, Hernandez spent 13 years in pest control with The Steritech Group, where he started as a technician and held multiple positions including operations manager in Miami. He also developed a sales background over the past three years.
Hernandez’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Broward and Palm Beach County commercial community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
