Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators opened a new commercial service center in Nashville, Tenn., to better serve the businesses of Middle Tennessee. This is Arrow Exterminator’s 117th office and its 10th commercial service center.

“The new Middle Tennessee commercial service center officially opened on April 1st, and we cannot wait to hit the ground running,” said Tim Pollard, senior executive VP and COO, in a press release. “The new office will focus on the areas currently serviced by our core service centers in Franklin, Nashville, Dickson and Bowling Green, Ky.”

According to the company, the new office accommodates Arrow’s recent growth and will offer career opportunities for Arrow employees.

“Arrow’s goal is to build lasting relationships with our business partners,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO, in a press release. “Our experienced service professionals offer expertise in pest control for businesses, prevention, termite protection, wildlife control as well as other pest management services. We look forward to better serving the businesses of Middle Tennessee and rolling out the red carpet for them with our focus on customer service and sustainability.”

In addition to the new opening in Tennessee, Arrow also strengthened its presence in South Carolina last month with the acquisition of Carolina Termite & Pest Control Inc.

Family-owned and operated since 1964, Arrow Exterminators has a fleet of more than 1,900 vehicles and 2,220 team members with revenues exceeding $225 million.
