Rollins completes acquisition of Clark

Logo courtesy of RollinsAtlanta, Ga.-based Rollins Inc. completed the purchase of Lodi, Calif.-based Clark Pest Control of Stockton, Calif.

Also included in this acquisition are real estate properties and Geotech Supply, a California-based supplier of pest management, general construction and safety products and equipment.

Clark Pest Control is a family-owned company established by Charlie Clark in 1950. Currently, the company operates in 26 locations and offers residential and commercial pest control throughout California and northwestern Nevada. Robert Baker, president of Clark Pest Control, will stay on to run day-to-day operations in California.

With this acquisition, Rollins’s total customer count is now approximately 2.4 million.

Clark Pest Control was advised by merger and acquisition firm LR Tullius.
