Inspirational keynote speakers slated for PestWorld 2021

Pest management professionals eager to meet up in person once again are in luck as the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) will hold PestWorld 2021 in person at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev., Nov. 2-5.

The annual event, which was held virtually last October because of COVID-19, includes an exhibit hall where manufacturers and distributors and service companies showcase their offerings, educational sessions focusing on pest control and business topics, networking opportunities, receptions and parties, and an opening ceremony sponsored by Bayer that will feature a vintage Las Vegas show.

Also on tap are inspirational keynote speakers.

Alex Banayan will be the Opening General Session speaker on Nov. 3. He is his generation’s leading expert in high-performance and personal development, and was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 and Business Insider’s Most Powerful People Under 30 lists. The Third Door is his international best-selling book that examines his seven-year quest to uncover the definitive mindset of exponential growth and success. Banayan’s research led him to interview the most innovative leaders of the past half-century, including Bill Gates, Lady Gaga, Larry King, Maya Angelou, Steve Wozniak, Jane Goodall, Jessica Alba, Quincy Jones, and others. His presentation will be sponsored by Corteva Agriscience.

Eric Boles will be the General Session speaker on Nov. 4. He is the president and founder of leadership development firm The Game Changers, and the author of several executive and emerging leader development programs that are used across the globe. Through assessment, consulting, coaching and corporate training, The Game Changers has set a new standard for helping organizations enhance their culture and develop higher levels of commitment and performance. Before becoming an executive advisor, coach and trainer, Boles played in the National Football League (NFL) with the New York Jets and the Green Bay Packers. During his football career, he was introduced to many of the concepts of high performance and teamwork he shares. Boles was coached by and play with some of best in the NFL, including Pete Carroll, Brett Farve, Reggie White and Mike Holmgren. His presentation will be sponsored by Syngenta.
