Atlanta, Ga.-based Rockit Pest recently expanded its presence in South Carolina following a pair of acquisitions. The company acquired R&R Pest Control, which provides pest control service to Greenville, S.C. and the surrounding areas.

Pest control is a family tradition for Bradbury, as his father, Ed, is a Pest Management Professional Hall of Famer (Class of 2014).
R&R got its name from Ryan Barrick, former owner, and his beloved bed bug inspection dog named River. R&R has leveraged the talent of bed bug dogs to sniff out pest infestations.
Rockit also completed the acquisition of Barrier Guard Termite & Pest of Charleston, S.C. Former owner Sylvester Collins brought a wealth of knowledge to Barrier Guard, with more than 35 years in the pest control industry.
“Rockit’s commitment to their team and service excellence helped me to feel confident in my decision to sell,” Collins explained. “I know that this transition will bring growth opportunities to Barrier Guard and additional resources to our customers. I’m looking forward to what the future holds.”
The pair of moves continue Rockit’s growth strategy, as earlier in 2024 the company expanded its presence in Florida by adding 2 Tampa Bay companies.
