PMPs should advise the disposal of sofas and chairs because of the likelihood of bed bugs harboring in the upholstery, decking and wooden crevices.

Upholstered furniture ranks among the most prevalent locations for bed bug infestations and can be protected with furniture encasements. These encasements are designed to fully cover the furniture and feature a bite-proof fabric with a zipper enclosure.
