
WorkWave, a Holmdel, N.J.-based provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) for professional pest management and other service industries, named Arjun Ramchandran chief customer officer.
Ramchandran will be responsible for overseeing all global post-sales functions including professional services, customer support, customer success and learning and development. He also will spearhead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement across WorkWave’s key verticals: pest control, commercial cleaning, security and the green industry.

Ramchandran is a seasoned leader with more than 15 years of experience in the SaaS industry, where he has successfully developed and scaled high-performing, customer-facing teams. His most recent role was CCO at ARCOS, a Vista-backed company where he was pivotal in enabling utility and airline customers to achieve greater efficiency, speed and safety in their mission-critical field operations. He holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Manipal Institute of Technology.
