Crazy Frog was founded by Mike Stosich, Travis Harwood and Lance Riddoch in 2012. Since inception, the company has expanded with service centers in California, Florida, Idaho, Texas and Washington.

The Potomac Co. advised Crazy Frog on these transactions, which closed in November 2019. Terms were not disclosed.

ServiceMaster’s subsidiary Terminix International also acquired Lytle’s Termite & Pest Control located in Morehead, Kentucky. The Aust Group represented Lytle’s as the exclusive financial adviser for this transaction. The Paramus, N.J.-based consulting firm was founded by Stuart Aust, who is a member of Pest Management Professional’s (PMP’s) Editorial Advisory Board.

Lytle’s was founded in 1982 by Nick Lytle. In 2010, Nick exited the company and passed the business to his son, Norman.

“We are excited for Norman on this great milestone,” says Daniel Aust, director of M&A for The Aust Group. “The acquisition will add more density to Terminix’s footprint in the Greater Lexington market.”

ServiceMaster also recently acquired Burke Pest Control in Binghamton, N.Y; Gregory Pest Solutions in Greenville, S.C.; McCloud Services in South Elgin, Ill.; Seitz Brothers Exterminating in Tamaqua, Pa.; and Inspect-All Services in Conyers, Ga.

ServiceMaster entered the European market this year with the acquisition of Nomor Holding in Sweden and also purchased IoT service provider Pest Pulse in Ireland. The company also recently named Kim Scott as president of Terminix Residential. In addition, Southwest division vice president Lance Martin was promoted to vice president of field operations, reporting to Scott.
