FEMO Group Holdings LP, based in Carrollton, Texas, has created Infinite Outdoor Solutions, a new company that will sell outdoor lifestyle products, including mosquito control products and supplies to mosquito control and pest control companies around the world. Infinite Outdoor Solutions will also offer temporary mosquito control products directly to consumers. In addition, the company will offer holiday décor supplies to dealers.
FEMO Group also owns service companies MosquitoNix and PestFix.
“To meet the growing demand of the outdoor lifestyle marketplace, we have made a strategic decision to form a new company called Infinite Outdoor Solutions. With this new company, we will be able to enter new markets, reach new buyers, and sell directly to the consumer for the first time,” says Dan O’Neal, Chairman & CEO of FEMO Group Holdings.
Frank O’Neal, vice president of FEMO Group, will serve as the general manager of Infinite Outdoor Solutions.
