JT Eaton offers Speedy Clean rebate

TWINSBURG, OHIO — J.T. Eaton & Co. Inc. offers a $10/case rebate between now and June 30, 2011. To claim the rebate, pest management professionals should do the following:

1. Purchase a case of No. 424 or 424CL Speedy Clean Repeater Multiple Catch Mouse Traps (any color) before June 30, 2011. There is no purchase limit.
2. Print out the rebate form (http://www.jteaton.com/professional_rebates.php) and fill it out.
3. Mail completed form with a copy of the invoice to:

   J.T. Eaton & Co. Inc.
   1393 E. Highland Rd.
   Twinsburg, OH 44087

All forms must be received by J.T. Eaton no later than July 30, 2011.
