ORLANDO, FLA.—Ronnie Rachels has been promoted to regional manager of Massey Services’ North Florida Region. In this role, Rachels will be responsible for service centers in the Jacksonville area.
Rachels joined Massey Services in 2005 as a manager trainee and has also served as service manager and general manager in various service centers in Florida. Most recently, he served as the general manager for the Windermere service center.
“Under Ronnie’s leadership, our Windermere service center has been one of the most profitable in our company,” says President and COO Tony Massey. “His operational knowledge, as well as his ability to develop and motivate team members, is exceptional and I know he will do an excellent job in his new position.”
Rachels volunteers his time on weekends to the Orlando Union Rescue Mission, where he is involved in several sports activities as a coach and leader for children who are supported by the organization.
