ATLANTA—Tibbitts Exterminating of Clarkdale, Ga., a family-run business since 1973, merged with Atlanta-based Bug Busters.

“Al, Nancy, and Lynn built a wonderful company that services both residential and commercial clients in the Metro Atlanta Market,” Bug Busters COO Court Parker says. “Lynn and the rest of the Tibbitts team will transition into the Bug Busters Team, while Al and Nancy, after 33 years in business, will retire to enjoy time with family, friends and a little fishing.”

In addition, Nicholson Pest Control of Signal Mountain, Tenn., was also acquired by Bug Busters. Nicholson Pest Control’s services will be merged into Bug Busters Chattanooga branch, where Branch Manager Billy Jackson will transition these new clients into the Bug Busters fold.

“Dad (President Neil Parker) and I are very excited with the additions of these two great companies, strong team members, and valued clients,” says Parker. Bug Busters’ markets include Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee.
