MENOMONEE FALLS, WIS.—Jamie Ogle, president/CEO of Lloyd Pest Control, San Diego, was elected to the Copesan Board of Directors at its annual shareholders meeting. Lloyd Pest Control joined Copesan as a local service provider in 2010 and became a Copesan shareholder in 2012.
“Jamie is a great addition to the Copesan Board,” says Alfie Treleven, Chairman of the Copesan Board of Directors and president of Sprague Pest Solutions, Tacoma, Wash. “The breadth and depth of his experience in the pest management industry brings insight , and his philanthropic spirit and community-oriented mindset weave perfectly into the dynamics on the Copesan Board.”
A graduate of the University of California – Davis (B.S. Managerial Economics) and the University of San Diego (MBA), Ogle is the third-generation leader of family-owned Lloyd Pest Control, starting as a summer janitor while still in high school. He has held a wide variety of positions in the organization, including mechanic assistant, termite fumigation helper and marketing manager, succeeding his father as president in 2000. Passionate about the community and charitable support both personally and professionally, Ogle serves as an Executive Board Member at the Peninsula YMCA in San Diego and volunteers his time coaching the youth softball and basketball teams of his two children.
In the pest management industry, Ogle has served on the Leadership Development Group and the QualityPro Board for the National Pest Management Association (NPMA). Locally, he was director for the San Diego Chapter of Pest Control Operators of California (PCOC).
