WOODBURY, N.Y.—Knockout CEO Arthur Katz will be honored at the Small Businessperson of the Year awards hosted by the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce at a breakfast scheduled for Oct. 18, at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, N.Y.

Nominees are business owners and entrepreneurs selected for their community and chamber of commerce involvement, and for making a significant contribution to the local economy. Knockout Pest Control has deep ties in the New York metropolitan area and has a long track record of supporting the community. The Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce reports that “Long Island is home to over 90,000 businesses grossing over $100 billion a year… Small business clearly is the foundation of the region’s economy.”
