SADDLE BROOK, NJ—ChemTec Pest Control is celebrating the 40-year service mark for George Hulme, affectionately known as “Super George.” Hulme, ChemTec’s most requested employee, has served as the company’s termite expert for most of his career. Hulme will be honored by both the company and town officials the week before Christmas at a special gathering for family and fellow employees.
Super George’s customers joined the festivities and sent the company an overwhelming outpour of congratulatory messages, well wishes and heartwarming anecdotes of what he has meant to them throughout his years of service. Among the gifts Hulme will receive is a scrapbook highlighting his career including the 50-plus messages the company has received.

The Honorable Karen Chamberlain, Mayor of Saddle Brook, will present Hulme with a proclamation from the town recognizing the importance of his achievements. The company moved to Saddle Brook in 1973, shortly after Hulme began his pest control career.
In honor of Hulme’s service and loyalty, ChemTec has also honored Hulme’s two oldest customers, Dino Barbieri of Saddle Brook and Glenn Ent of Fair Lawn, with free termite protection for as long as they own their homes. Hulme has been providing service to both customers for his entire 40 years of service. ‘Super George’ surprised both long-term customers by delivering the news and thanking both in person.
