Arrow Exterminators announces promotions

ATLANTA—Arrow Exterminators announces a series of internal promotions, all of which are related to the company’s strategic planning and growth.

“Our vision is to grow to ‘$200 Million and Beyond’ in the next three years, and to ‘$500 Million and Beyond’ in the next 15 years, while maintaining our incredibly unique family culture,” says  Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO. “We must continue to enhance and grow our infrastructure to support our vision. Our team’s stellar performance is how we know we will get there. It is really important to us to promote from within and provide the training to help our people to continue to grow with us. We have invested heavily in Arrow University to help our folks who want to achieve and grow, get that opportunity.”

Strategic leadership promotions include:

Kevin Malone, former senior VP for several regions in Metro Atlanta, has been promoted to senior VP of Operations for Arrow’s newly formed commercial pest control region and newly formed home services region which includes wildlife, handyman and insulation services. Malone has been in the industry for more than 39 years.

Greg Sweat, former regional VP in Metro Atlanta, has been promoted to senior VP  of Operations for several regions in Georgia. Sweat began his career in pest control as a service professional, and has been with Arrow for 18 years.

Mark Cassell, former service center manager in Arrow’s North Point Service Center in Atlanta, has been promoted to a regional VP for Metro Atlanta. Cassell also has 18 years with Arrow and began his career as a termite and renewal service professional selling from a termite truck.

Kevin Van Hook, former service center manager for the Alpharetta, Ga., home service center, has been promoted to regional VP of operations for Arrow’s newly formed home services region. Van Hook’s 22 years of business experience translated to growing one of Arrow’s most successful service centers.

In related moves, Randy Gordy has been promoted to service center manager for Arrow’s North Point location; Dave Loudin has been promoted to service center manager for the Lawrenceville service center and Randy Chendemi has been promoted to service center manager for Arrow’s Dallas, Ga., service center.
