GPCA inducts Goodwin, Judy into Hall of Fame

Headshots; Craig Goodwin & Dennis JudyNORCROSS, GA—Craig Goodwin of Atlanta-based Rollins, Inc., and Dennis Judy of Allgood Pest Solutions, Duluth, Ga., were inducted into the Georgia Pest Control Association (GPCA) Hall of Fame. This is the highest honor bestowed by the association.

The GPCA Hall of Fame Award honors members whose passion for advancing the pest management industry and helping others have set them apart from the rest of the industry. With their induction, Goodwin and Judy join 30 other men and women who have previously been inducted in GPCA’s 65-year history.

“We are proud to recognize Craig Goodwin and Dennis Judy with this prestigious honor,” says GPCA President Manuel Snipes. “For many years, they have made their mark on both the industry and the association. For their outstanding contributions and commitment to advancing the education and professionalism of the pest management industry, the Georgia Pest Control Association is proud to welcome these gentlemen into the GPCA Hall of Fame.”

Goodwin has worked diligently with the association’s Education Committee. He was instrumental in building the GPCA Train the Trainer program. for which he is one of the instructors. He currently serves as the Senior Committee Chairman for the Education Committee and has been honored as Committee Chairman of the Year as well as a recipient of the GPCA Pioneer Award.

Judy has served the association as committee chairman for the Risk Management and Education committees. He has also received the Committee Chairman of the Year Award for his leadership of the Education Committee, and a Special Recognition Award presented by the association president in 2007. Judy is also an instructor for the Train the Trainer program. He was a charter member of the GPCA Leadership program, and has served in all offices on the Executive Board, serving as president of the association in 2011-2012.
