PARAMUS, NJ—Stuart Aust, president of Bug Doctor, Inc., Paramus, N.J., and Michael Broder, president of BHB Pest Elimination LLC, New York, have finalized an agreement for Bug Doctor to purchase BHB’s New Jersey pest control accounts.
Aust and Broder say they believe this is an excellent move for their respective companies. Bug Doctor has been looking to expand its business in New Jersey, and BHB Pest Elimination wants to concentrate on its extensive New York City market.
The purchase will take effect Aug. 1, 2014, and is Bug Doctor’s fourth acquisition.
