P.E.S.T, Inc. Acquires Spray’s Exterminating Co.

GOODLETTSVILLE, TN—Andy Yant, owner of Goodlettsville, Tenn.-based Pest Elimination Services of Tennessee (P.E.S.T., Inc.), recently acquired Spray’s Exterminating Co., Inc. in Nashville. Yant states that owner Harold Spray recently retired, and came to an agreement for P.E.S.T., Inc. to begin servicing the Spray’s Exterminating customers effective immediately.

“I feel that Mr. Spray’s company is a great fit for us,” Yant says. “Mr. Spray started his company 37 years ago, and has grown it well over the years. Mr. Spray was looking for a locally owned company like ours that would treat his customers like family. We are excited to take care of the Spray’s Exterminating customers with the same pride and concern that our current customers already receive.“
