DUBLIN, IRELAND—“The Daily Edge,” which is Irish newspaper The Journal’s online news roundup, is reporting a new documentary in the works that will follow Rentokil technicians in Ireland as they go about their business controlling rodents, roaches and bed bugs. It’s being produced by Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ), Ireland’s National Public Service broadcaster.
Earlier this month, the article states, Rentokil put out the following announcement: “The Verminators and Rentokil will eliminate pest problems for free in return for participation in the TV show. Rentokil are currently looking for participants from Leinster, Cork and Kerry. The producers are especially interested in hearing from hotels, travel hostels and homeless hostels with a suspected bed bug infestation.”
