National MS SocietyMultiple sclerosis (MS) is a debilitating disease that affects more than 400,000 individuals in the US, and as many as 2.5 million people worldwide (SOURCE). As the National MS Society’s National Volunteer Week wraps up this weekend, we’re spotlighting two pest management professionals (PMPs) regarding their current efforts in helping to raise funds for their respective local chapters:

Phil Cooper, CEO of Cooper Pest Solutions and BedBug Central, will be guest bartending at Diamond’s Restaurant in Pennington, N.J. to raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Greater Delaware Valley Chapter, Sunday, April 26 from 2-6 p.m. To learn more, click here. Cooper also maintains his “Phil Across America” bicycling and other MS-fundraising activities online here.

In honor of his late, MS-afflicted grandfather (PMP Hall of Famer Ed Scherzinger), Eric Scherzinger, sales and marketing manager of ScherZinger Pest Control, has been nominated by the Ohio Valley Chapter for the National MS Society Leadership Class of 2015. Read his story and how to donate and/or participate here.
